Returns/Exchanges… There is a return form on every packing slip in every package. Please fill it out completely, letting us know why you are returning the item and if you would like an exchange, the amount credited to your account or a refund. This information will help us assist you with future purchases.

You are responsible for return postage (insurance is advised), but any domestic exchange will be sent back free of charge. We do not accept CODs, and those marked “return to sender” usually do not make it back to us.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition received. Worn shoes will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless received defective. All sale items are returnable for exchange or store credit only. You may purchase any item with a store credit and receive a free mailing by calling 714-899-2020.

Your original postage cannot be refunded unless the merchandise was defective or we made a shipping error.

Please return shoebox inside an outer shipping box and do not write, tape or deface the shoebox.

Carefully repack so heels are facing AWAY FROM each other. Use packing paper to separate shoes. Remove an hard plastic shipping sticks. Use rubber band around box.
