Q: If an item says “Sold Out” will you be restocking it?
A: If an item is on sale and is sold out, it will no longer be restocked. If an item is sold out and not on sale, it could be restocked.
Q: Can I return my pair of shoes after your return policy has expired?
A: Yes. If your item is unworn and is still in original condition, you may return them for any reason. If your item is still in the current catalog and has not been put on sale you may receive full credit for an exchange or refund. If your item has been put on sale you will only receive the sale price for your return or exchange. Styles purchased more than 30 days ago, are from a previous season (catalog) and are no longer shown in our current catalog are not returnable.
Q: I have a credit on my account, how do I apply this to my order?
A: You cannot apply this credit on the website. You must call customer service at (714) 899-2020 to place your order and apply your credit.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. Orders place on Friday (after 1pm PT), Saturday or Sunday will not be mailed until the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will not be shipped until the next business day. Standard shipping is 6-9 business days. We also have 2-day service or Overnight available.
Q: When will I receive an order confirmation?
A: An order confirmation will be sent directly to your email address once an order is placed. This confirmation will have your order total and tracking information. If you do not have an email address on file, you may call customer service at (714) 899-2020 to request your tracking number and order total.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, though prices vary depending on location and country. We do not collect taxes, duties or tariffs for any foreign order and these will have to be paid by the purchase or recipient of the items.
Q: Do I have to pay shipping on an exchanged item?
A: Any items requested for an exchange will be sent free for U.S. domestic orders. You will need to pay the shipping fees to return the items.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once your return is received and verified by our staff that the item is the same condition as sent, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for that purchase.
